The Karratha Visitor Centre is located in Karratha, the gateway to the Pilbara in Australia’s North West.
Karratha is a busy, modern and well-serviced town and a great base for exploring Millstream Chichester National Park, Karijini National Park and the 42 islands of the Dampier Archipelago.
As an accredited Visitor Centre they offer a one stop shop of information provided by local experts. Stock up on maps, get some ideas on the best things to see and do or book your tours or accommodation.
During the months of May to October, they are open 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. During November to April they open 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 noon Saturday and are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
