서호주는 남반구에 위치하고 있으며, 호주 서쪽 지역에 자리하고 있습니다.서호주의 총 해안선 길이는 약 12,500km로 서쪽은 인도양의 따뜻한 바다와 맞닿아 있으며, 북쪽으로는 티모르 해(Timor Sea)와 남쪽으로는 남대양(Southern Ocean)에 둘러싸여 있습니다.
서호주와 퍼스(Perth)는 전세계 어느 곳에서도 편리하게 찾아오실 수 있습니다. 호주 국내외 항공사들이 매일 전세계 주요 도시와 퍼스를 연결하는 항공편을 운행하고있습니다.
서호주의 수도 퍼스는 호주로 통하는 관문입니다. 퍼스에서 아시아의 주요 도시로 항공편이 운항되고 있어, 아시아 지역에서도 편리하게 오실 수 있습니다.
서울에서 서호주까지는 현재 직항 노선은 없으며, 싱가포르 항공이나 캐세이 패시픽항공을 이용하여 각각 싱가포르와 홍콩을 경유해서 가실 수 있습니다. 퍼스까지는 중간연결편 시간을 포함하여 약 13시간이 소요됩니다.
이밖에 콴타스 호주항공, 아시아나 및 대한항공은 시드니-서울 구간을 매일 운항하며, 시드니에서 퍼스까지는 국내선으로 편리하게 이동하실 수 있습니다.
