Watercolours of the Coastlands features paintings of the bush and beach by Sue Kalab.

Wandering and watching, looking and learning, the exhibition offers a solo showcase for those who cherish both art and nature.

The exhibition displays art about Sue's years of roaming in the nearby Tuart Forest and wandering along the waterfronts, the Indian Ocean and Leschenault Estuary – orchids, birds, bush and beach.

Sue's art responds to the beauty of nature's images glimpsed in time spent on a bush walk or an amble along the beaches. Her work endeavours to portray the peaceful and serene qualities one finds in nature - the timelessness, the sense of perpetuity and nature's unobtrusiveness.
