Lane Poole Reserve is about 100 kilometres from Perth near Dwellingup. The Murray River flows through the reserve and offers numerous recreational activities from swimming and canoeing to white-water rafting.

Yarragil Campground has 2 campsites set in jarrah forest on the Murray River with access for swimming and kayaking. It is also a busy day use area, used by canoeists and swimmers.
