This exhibition is part of the Head On Photo Festival Perth, presented by the Head On Foundation.
Brett Canét-Gibson is a Creative Director and therapeutic arts practitioner. With a career spanning over 35 years, he is a seasoned image maker, writer, musician, and communicator in photography, graphic design and visual arts. He has worked extensively in the print media, design, and entertainment industries and has received international, national, and local portrait and editorial awards. Currently, he is a six-time finalist in the National Photographic Portrait Prize.
Brett has been exhibited in major international photographic competitions in France, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, India, the Netherlands, and Australia. His work is on display in the Western Australian Museum Boola Bardip and included in the State Library's permanent archives pictorial collection. Brett's work is held at the National Portrait Gallery Canberra, the Museum and Art Gallery of New Norcia, the Perc Tucker Gallery and in private collections.
