This tour runs all year round, the night sky changes throughout the seasons and although it is a bit colder, wintertime is one of the best times of the year to see the Milky Way in the Southern Hemisphere.
The tour begins with a journey heading north from Perth to Lancelin for sandboarding at the infamous white sands, then a site seeing visit at either Lancelin lookout, Nilgen Nature Reserve or a visit to Hangover Bay before reaching its final destination of the Nambung National Park- Pinnacles Desert.
The highlight of this tour is having "Sunset Dinner" in the spectacular Pinnacles Desert. After which the night sky above the Pinnacles is stunning and you can get a close-up look at the stars and planets through our telescopes and astro-binoculars. Listen to Dreamtime stories of the night sky created by the world's first astronomers, the Indigenous Australians. Where guests then commence the return journey home to Perth.
