Nestled in a quiet pocket on the banks of the Swan River, Lot 113 Wines is a boutique, family-owned and operated vineyard that was established in 2002. The vineyard is a labour of love for Rob and Lynne Hooker, who utilise the richness of the loam soil, a riverside location and the quality of surrounding vineyards to make minimum intervention wines.
Lot 113 makes Shiraz, Liqueur and Shiraz, and a Rose.
There are also two self-contained rooms overlooking the vineyard are available for guests to hire as accommodation, featuring a stunning Marri bedroom and large deck facilities to soak up the winery`s lively atmosphere.
