You don’t have to use too much imagination to see a Sleeping Buddha resting in a rock formation near Kununurra. For the best view, head to Celebrity Tree Park, just a short walk from town.

When cruising on the upper Ord River towards Lake Argyle, you can see the southern end which resembles an elephant’s head with trunk and ears – and so, it is also known as Elephant Rock!
