The AvonLink train service operates between East Perth Terminal and Northam (via Toodyay) and covers the journey in just over an hour. It is one of their most regular regional services, making ten trips (five return services) every week as well as being one of the most comfortable commuter train rides in Western Australia. It's fully accessible and air-conditioned, with onboard bathroom facilities, power points for charging your electronic devices, as well as free WiFi.

Tickets for the AvonLink can be purchased on board, so there's no need to book in advance.
