Basketball fans, mark your calendars – HoopsFest is returning to Perth in 2027, bringing with it five days of non-stop action, entertainment, and sporting culture from 13 - 17 January.
Following the huge success of the 2026 event, Perth will once again take centre court as the exclusive host of Australasia’s biggest basketball, culture and lifestyle festival, HoopsFest 2027.
Thousands of fans are expected to descend on the city to witness an in-season round of the National Basketball League (NBL) and Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL), all played in one city under one roof, right here in WA.
Off the court, fans can look forward to the return of the HoopsFest Fan Festival, Bounce Nation, a celebration of basketball’s vibrant culture through music, half court 3x3 action, entertainment, player appearances and more. Plus, Sneakerland – Australia’s biggest sneaker culture event – will return for another exciting showcase of street style and rare kicks.
