Private farm stay experience, Settlers Rest cottage is an idyllic location less than 20 minutes from Perth airport, set amongst the vineyards of the Swan Valley. With uninterrupted valley views guests are gifted a taste of the tranquil Australian country lifestyle, less than half an hour from the city centre, wake to the sounds of chirping birds and collect freshly laid eggs for breakfast.
One 3 bedroom cottage, you will be the only guests on the 14 acre farm. Guests are welcome to hand feed the friendly goats, sheep, chickens in their own time. They are big fans of carrots and apples, so be sure to bring them with you. Fresh eggs are delicious. Lena the friendly cow will be roaming the farm, along with Fred and Ralph their two alpacas.
Linen and towels are provided, guests require their own food supplies. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ . If cooking isn't your thing, Uber Eats are available, or take a short 5 minute drive to one of the local eateries.
Washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Cosy open fire place along with convection wall heaters, for winter warm. Summer air conditioning.
