Barefoot luxury on the beach. A sensory banquet deep in the forest. Opera, rock icons, and rising stars paired with world-class wines. Pair’d returns to the Margaret River Region this November, bringing together the very best in food, wine, and music for an unforgettable four-day celebration.
Beachside bliss Pair'd with bold flavours
For one weekend only, Meelup Beach transforms into the Pair’d Beach Club x Range Rover. Here, the region’s best wines, fresh seafood, and laidback beats meet the turquoise sea. Guests can choose between an elevated four-course feast by Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw and celebrated local chef Aaron Carr, or a relaxed day of beachside bites, wine in hand, and a sunlounger to sink into. Live sax, DJ sets, and exclusive wine sessions add the soundtrack to this coastal dreamscape.

Forest stories Pair’d with culture and connection
Beneath the canopy of karri trees at Tanah Marah, Nature’s Table invites guests to slow down and savour. A four-hour sensory journey unfolds with seasonal dishes inspired by the Noongar story of the Emu Plum, woven through a menu by Paul Iskov (Fervor) and Jess Court (Glenarty Road). A moving Welcome to Country by Wadandi-Pibulmun custodian Zac Webb, soundscapes composed by Jo Burzynska, and fine wine pairings elevate this long lunch into something truly profound.

New energy Pair’d with creative spirit
At Skigh Wines, the New Wave Gathering is a celebration of rule-breakers and tastemakers redefining Margaret River wine. With more than eight winemakers pouring, the evening is fuelled by inventive blends, flavour-packed bites from WA’s top rising chefs Blaze Young and Drew Dawson, and street eats from Normal Van and Sons of Naples. As the sun sets, DJs Grant Smillie and Alex Dimitriades spin vinyl while masterclasses with Nick Ryan and Tom Parker Bowles give curious palates something extra to savour.
Street eats Pair’d with big beats
Closing the program with a bang, Night Hawker at Chow’s Table channels the buzz of Hong Kong after dark. Masters of modern Asian cuisine ArChan Chan, Victor Liong, and Mal Chow unite for an all-you-can-eat feast of dumplings, smoky skewers, and punchy plates. Bangkok-based DJ-chef Mendy Indigo joins the lineup both in the kitchen and on the decks, fuelling a night of flavour, flair, and high-energy beats. With local DJs and craft drinks flowing, it’s a street market reimagined, Margaret River-style.
