The walk is located 15 minutes from the charming country town of Walpole.

The first trail of its kind, the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk has been designed to maximise views of the area's tall trees and densely forested hills while causing minimal impact to the surrounding environment.

Now it's time to descend to the Ancient Empire Walk Trail. This accessible walk trail is suitable for wheelchairs and prams, links the Tree Top Walk to the Ancient Empire, where a 550-metre loop trail meanders across the forest floor between and through 400-year-old red tingle trees. About 150 metres of this trail has steps.
