The Jurien Bay Marine Park is located between 200 to 300 kilometres north of Perth by road. It extends south from Green Head to the southern boundary of Nambung National Park (Wedge Island) and encompasses many of the islands located in this region. It is known for its beauty and abundance of marine life.

With excellent fishing, diving, snorkelling and swimming, Jurien Bay Marine Park is a popular place for anyone who loves water-based fun.

Home to large colonies of rare Australian Sea Lions, Jurien Bay Marine Park also harbours seabirds, western rock lobsters and a huge variety of fish.

On boat trips to watch the sea lions, you may see whales migrating along the coast or dolphins frolicking offshore.

Snorkelling and diving in this area is first rate and scuba diving charters are available from the town of Jurien Bay.

A small section of the park is a sanctuary but fishing, swimming and diving are allowed in the majority of the marine park area.

The town of Jurien Bay boasts a modern boat harbour and supports a large scale Cray fishing industry.
