They create a variety of award-winning beers using only four core ingredients - water, malt, hops, and yeast - and sometimes enhancing the flavour with coriander or citrus. To ensure their brews are of the highest quality, no additives, preservatives, or artificial colouring are included, as well as no cheap sugar.
