The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle's West End.

In their Distillery Restaurant experience a flame-forward menu, designed by the award-winning Head Chef Emily Jones showcasing Western Australia's finest local produce.

Alternatively, you can visit the Distillery Bar to enjoy a cocktail or two, have a bite to eat or grab a bottle to go. No reservation is required.

Creating modern signature serves and twisted classics, they work with artisans and producers to present an offering that mirrors the features of their spirits - quality, finesse and flavour.

In 2021 their Head Chef Emily Jones was awarded Young Chef Of the Year at the WA Good Food Guide Awards, and in the following year, Republic of Fremantle was crowned Bar of the Year in the 2022 WA Good Food Guide Awards.
