Australia will proudly play host to the AFC Women’s Asian Cup in 2026, with Perth set to host a series of matches from some of Asia’s top women’s football teams, promising fast-paced, skillful matches and unforgettable moments, all fueled by Perth’s vibrant sporting spirit.

Cheer on Australia’s own on 1 March, where Perth Stadium will come alive as the Matildas open the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ against the Philippines in a thrilling tournament opener.

Perth Rectangular Stadium will play host to six group stage matches featuring  Japan, Taipei,  Vietnam, Japan, Bangladesh and Uzbekistan, followed by two quarter final matches.

The tournament closes out in Perth on 17 March at Perth Stadium with the Quarter Final.
