The marine park stretches north from Trigg Island, a 20-minute drive from the centre of Perth and a short boat ride from the launch sites at Hillarys Boat Harbour and Ocean Reef. There's even a snorkel spot you can access off the beach at Mettams Pool.
Seabirds, dolphins, sea lions, rays and a huge diversity of other marine species call this coast home. Migrating humpback whales can also be spotted between the months of September and December. Hop on a whale watching tour at Hillarys Boat Harbour to get a closer look at these majestic visitors.
Private dive charters will take you out to explore Boyinaboat Reef, North Lump, Whitfords Rock, Wreck Rock, Wanneroo Reef, Cow Rocks and the wreck of the Centaur.
